Header and footer 
Each page can have its own header and/or footer. You can also define a global header and/or footer for all the document / presentation / hypertext (Hypertext >Current hypertext properties): in that case it is always possible to setup a different header or footer for a given page, or to disable at all any header and/or footer for a given page (it is sufficient to choose “none”).
