Keyword assignment 
You can create a list of keywords for all the document / CD / presentation, then you can assign some of that keywords to each page. Click on the image to get Help: 
Keywords assigned to the current page (the one in the editor) Assign to the current page one of the global keywords Delete the selected keyword (you can also use DEL) Add a new global keyword in the list Global keywords list for the current file (presentation / hypertext) This is the list of all pages that contain the selected keyword  
 
Use "key +" to add a new global keyword. Use drag & drop to assign a global keyword to the current page (the current page keyword list is on the top).
