Keyword assignment
You can create a list of keywords for all the document / CD / presentation, then you can assign some of that keywords to each page. Click on the image to get Help:
Use "key +" to add a new global keyword. Use drag & drop to assign a global keyword to the current page (the current page keyword list is on the top).
