Hypertext properties 
In this window you can set the properties of current presentation/hypertext. Click on the image for more information:

Within this window (Hypertext >Current Hypertext properties) you can also change the charset of the page (say for example windows-1251 for russian). 
 
The settings for the "full screen" display have been moved to the tab "Reader screen".
